What syncs, and what doesn't
Standard contact details — names, numbers, emails, addresses, birthdays, photos — sync both ways with your iPhone's Contacts app. Change one, the other follows. (Notes can't sync yet — that one field needs a permission from Apple that's still pending.)
That needs full access to your contacts. If Deeta can see only some of them, or none, Settings shows a warning at the top — tap it to fix that. Settings → Organisation → Sync Now pulls in changes from your iPhone straight away.
Deets, tags and groups stay in Deeta. Your iPhone's Contacts app has nowhere to put them, so they live here.
That's also why deleting someone in your phone's Contacts app doesn't silently delete them here — Deeta asks first, so years of notes aren't lost to a tap somewhere else.
Your own card isn't in this list at all. It lives in the My Deets tab.
