The short version
Your contacts live on your iPhone. Not on Deeta's servers.
Reminders are scheduled on your phone, from data on your phone — no server involved. Live-update notifications are different: they arrive through Apple's push service and don't show what changed.
Analytics never include your contacts. No names, no phone numbers, no deet content, no location, and nothing linked to your account.
Nothing you ask the AI is stored — not the question, not the answer — unless you tap This doesn't seem right? under a reply Deeta declined to give. That sends that one question to us for review, with nothing that identifies you.
You can take everything with you at any time, and delete the lot at any time.
