The one thing to do afterwards
Your deets live on your iPhone. They're included in your iPhone's own backup, so a new iPhone restored from that backup brings them back. But it's worth making your own copy too — Settings → Export My Data — because that's the one that works outside Apple. See Backing up and restoring.
