Three things about every link
It can be claimed once, by one person. The first person to open it in Deeta gets the card; anyone else who tries is told it's already been claimed. The web page works differently: until the link expires or the sender turns it off, anyone who has the link can still save any contact details the sender included. So don't forward it — ask the sender to share with the other person directly.
It lasts 24 hours. After that it stops working whether or not anyone opened it. Ask for a new one; it takes the sender a few seconds.
You don't need the app to see it. Tapping opens a web page showing the sender's card. If they included their contact details, there's also a Save to contacts — no app needed button. Installing Deeta gets you the richer details, the ability to keep the card current, and one-tap sharing back.
If the link won't open in Deeta
If you haven't signed in to Deeta yet: copy the link, open Deeta and tap Have a share link? on the welcome screen. Nothing is claimed until you confirm.
If you're already signed in: go back to the message and tap the link again, and Deeta opens it directly. If it still opens in your browser, make sure you have the latest version of Deeta and try again.
